What is an Angel Policy?

An Angel Policy is a form of limited license that specifies how a stamped image can be used and any specific requirements of the manufacturer or artist. Typically this outlines under what circumstances, if any, a stamper can make and sell items created using a manufacturer's rubber stamps.

What is the Angel Policy for Helz Cuppleditch's stamps?

3 A maximum of 30 handmade designs can be sold and for designs licensed by Craft Consortium, this can be up to 500 handmade designs.

4 Reproduction in any form (hand drawn reproduction, print, digitally or electronically including CDs, photocopies or downloads) is not permitted.

5 A copyright statement, crediting Helz Cuppleditch, must be added to all materials.

6 Stamped images cannot be used to create logos, clip-art, or for any other commercial purposes.

7 When using papers from papercraft collections, all products sold must contain a statement crediting Helz Cuppleditch as the copyright owner of the papers used.
